YesWeCange places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and applicable Ivorian legislation.

2. Data collected
- Form data: name, e-mail, phone, company, message, budget and services requested, when you contact us or request a quote.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, via cookies and audience measurement tools.
- Data from our conversational services (chatbots, WhatsApp) when you interact with them.
3. Purposes & legal bases
- Responding to your contact and quote requests — basis: your consent / pre-contractual steps.
- Managing the business relationship and project follow-up — basis: contract performance / legitimate interest.
- Improving our site and measuring audience — basis: your consent (cookies).
- Sending you communications — basis: your consent, revocable at any time.
4. Recipients
Your data is intended for authorised YesWeCange teams (Paris, Abidjan) and our technical subcontractors (hosting, e-mailing, analytics) who are contractually bound to protect it. No data is sold to third parties.
5. Retention period
Prospecting data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Data linked to a contract is kept for the applicable legal duration (generally up to 10 years for accounting obligations).
6. Transfers outside the EU
As our activity spans Europe and Africa, some data may be processed in Côte d'Ivoire. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability, as well as the right to set post-mortem directives. To exercise them, write to privacy@yeswecange.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or the ARTCI (Côte d'Ivoire).
